London Founder Hike on Saturday, 8 June

The FutureList is excited to kick off an EMEA event series with a Founder Hike in Box Hill, Surrey ahead of #LondonTechWeek in collaboration with Rare Founders. Our hike, hosted by Monica Pun and Seven Jacobs will allow you to step away from the usual conference setting and busy founder life and build meaningful connections along the way.

Just an hour outside of London, this hike offers a chance to connect with nature in the beautiful Surrey Hills National Landscape and engage with fellow tech founders in a relaxed setting ahead of London Tech Week.

Limited to 30 tickets, invite-only. This event is free if you’re a FutureList member. Your ticket includes:

• Return travel to Box Hill
• An easy to medium guided group hike with Monica
• Light snacks and drinks
• Facilitated founder discussions

Agenda

• 9.15: Meet & check in at Victoria Station opposite Wasabi

• 9.40: Onboard train to Box Hill & Westhumble station

• 10.40: Arrive into Box Hill, ice breakers and begin hike

• 12:30: Stop for lunch

• 13:00: Group founder discussion

• 13:30: Continue hike

• 15:00: Head back to Box Hill station

• 16:30: Arrive back into London Victoria

Things to bring along and wear:

• Comfortable clothes, walking boots or trainers

• Waterproof jacket (incase it rains)

• Hat, suncream and sunglasses

• Small backpack or bag

• Enough water to last you the day

• Lunch (light snacks and drinks are provided on the hike)

• Any medications you take or need

Join us on this hike to meet other tech founders and ecosystem builders and discuss founder well being and the real truths of running your business. These conversations could also open up new doors and opportunities – such as partnerships, introductions to investors/ customers and access to resources.

All tech founders and ecosystem builders are welcome, even if you’re not London-based. Tickets are free if you’re a FutureList member.
